K-Kids of Mayamot Elementary

Kiwanis President Dr. Willy Pertubal and his son award the Certificate of Participation to the pupils who completed the 20-day Computer Training Program. Next in line is their BUGs Program or Bringing-Up of Grades of these formerly Grade Three pupils who are now currently in Grade Four. This program aims to help pupils on their studies and give them rewards or incentives to encourage them to aim higher.

ALS Test and Completion Day

The yearly ALS test was administered last December 14, 2014. The learners are still waiting for the result this year. However, the Division of Antipolo City has conducted the Completion Day last January 10 at Bagong Nayon I Elementary School for Districts I-A, I-B, I-C, II-C and II-D while the rest of the Districts held their program at San Jose National High School.
Mentoring the StARs

The Rotary Club of Marikina sponsored one of the Intervention Programs of the school by providing volunteer teachers from their roster of members together with teachers of Mayamot to spend 2-3 hour tutorial sessions with our identified Students -at Risk. This lasted for 20 Saturdays and they provided the pupils with school supplies, t-shirts and catered food which is also shared with the teachers. At the end of the program last December, they donated instructional materials for developing reading and gave gifts to the pupils,parents and teachers.

Last year was an auspicious year for Mayamot Elementary School has bagged the Natatanging Punongguro at Natatanging Guro ng Rizal in the person of Ma'am Joyany Sto. Tomas Gutierrez and Master Teacher I Mr. Ferdinand Gondra Villaflor. It seems that our luck is still intact for our Grade Leader in Grade I, Mrs. Maria Luisa N. Cruz is this years Natatanging Guro. For two consecutive years now, we are very proud that our efforts have been recognized and as we continue to strive for the better, we hope to see the improvement of our pupils performance.
